About this project
Join us in Meadowlands (New Jersey) on Wednesday, September 9 for the 9/11 Day of Service! Volunteer as Support Staff and help us pack 245,000 meals for those in need. If you'd like to support the event throughout the day, please sign up for multiple shifts based on your availability. Volunteer Opportunities
Support Staff Volunteer: Shift 1 (September 9)
The shift runs from 7:30 AM–12:00 PM. Volunteer roles include Table Captain (leading meal packing lines), Heavy Lifter/Runner (stocking stations and keeping operations moving), and Guest Services (welcoming and assisting volunteers). To help ensure a safe, smooth, and successful event, the 9/11 Day team will assign volunteer roles based on event needs, physical abilities, and where support is needed most.

The shift runs from 10:30 AM–3:00 PM. Volunteer roles include Table Captain (leading meal packing lines), Heavy Lifter/Runner (stocking stations and keeping operations moving), and Guest Services (welcoming and assisting volunteers). To help ensure a safe, smooth, and successful event, the 9/11 Day team will assign volunteer roles based on event needs, physical abilities, and where support is needed most.
