Join the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay on Friday, September 11th at 3pm for a Project Clean Stream kick-off event! This season we will be cleaning up Willis Run in York, PA.

What should we bring & expect?
Plan to get dirty and possibly wet. We will try to go into a moderate creek to pull out trash, so if you’re interested in helping with that task, dress for full protection. Each volunteer is recommended to bring a full water bottle, sturdy walking shoes (closed-toed preferred), long pants, sun protection, & bug spray for themselves.
What is provided?
We provide gloves, trash bags, & some light snacks for this event.
Is there parking?
There is available free street parking around the meeting location.
